At T2 Tea, we want you to love your brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened tea and unused teaware.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your tea is still sealed in its original packaging and teaware is unused with all tags attached.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the appropriate return address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items to prevent breakage during transit and include your return documentation inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at a local postal service; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
